Our Complimentary extras have set us apart. With Four Mile Catering your price per plate includes the following:

• A complimentary lighted ice sculpture will be featured on the buffet table.
• Your buffet table is fully decorated (to the floor) with crushed velvet to co-ordinate with your colours. The platters are tiered and beautifully arranged for maximum impact. We want your event to be as special as it can be
• A dessert buffet and coffee table are left out and replenished after dinner
• We pride ourselves in providing a bountiful buffet table from the first to last guest

Sculptured Ice Bowl
To add that crystal touch exclusive to Four Mile try an illuminated punch bowl made of ice for $1.50 per person. A decorated punch bowl table can be provided for $50.00

Our price per meal includes:

• Linen tablecloths, napkins, dishes, cutlery, salt and pepper, and candles
• Staffing for six hours by our professional, friendly, uniformed servers.

Extras to plan for:

• GST and gratuity
• Wine glass and champagne glass rental
• Any overtime for staff at current rates

Anytime over 6 to 8 hours is $12.00/hr per server. Over 8 hours overtime will be charged 18.00/hr per server.
Our buffets are plentiful and extravagant and are designed for groups of 100 or more
